My name is Heather Barnes and I am a Board Certified Orthopedic and Women’s Health Physical Therapist. Welcome to my clinic! I am here for you with over a decade of experience to help you achieve your pelvic health and wellness goals. I provide services for those seeking care for incontinence, bowel concerns, pregnancy pains, labor and delivery pelvic floor prep, postpartum pelvic floor concerns, pelvic pain, pain with sex and menopausal changes related to the pelvic floor. I also provide services for those recovering from Cancer treatment, particularly Breast Cancer recovery. A little about me: I’m a lover of travel, hiking, strength training and am a sucker for a great cup of coffee-I’m happy to accept any recommendations! Let’s work together!
